Delivery and returns
We aim to deliver all items as rapidly as possible wherever you are in the World, and generally dispatch items that are in stock in the UK within 48 hours. Currently, the majority of our stock is in the UK, so your orders should be with you within 10 days. Do, however, please let us know on +44(0)1803 833 070 or email@example.com, if you have a specific delivery date in mind.
We do have an Express delivery category onsite, in which you can filter your brand, size, style etc requirements and ensure you are reviewing items which we - and you - know are deliverable next day, if required.
Next day delivery is £10. From £500 upwards, next day delivery is free.
Packages are sent by Royal Mail or Courier, and will require a signature upon receipt.

Is currently free for all orders over £125, which would normally be with you within 5 working days.
For orders under £125, standard delivery in the UK is £3.95, and would also be with you normally within 5 working days.
Next day delivery is also offered in the UK, at a cost of £10.00 with a guaranteed arrival by 1 p.m. Next day delivery is for orders made before 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday providing the items are in stock. Next day orders made after 2 p.m. will be dispatched the following day, and all orders made on Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday, or the next normal working day.
In the UK, Juste Moi provides free delivery on one exchange per order over £125. After this, there will be a minimum charge of £3.95 to contribute towards postage and administrative costs.
For Europe is £15, irrespective of the size of order, and your order should reach you within 8 working days.
For all other countries, it is £20, irrespective of the size of the order, and your order should reach you within 10 working days.
Juste Moi delivers your orders VAT-free, hence with duties and taxes unpaid. You will therefore be required to pay any local fees which relate to the import of our items to you, when they arrive in the destination country.

Returns and exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with original labels.. Provided this is the case, all goods ordered online are returnable whether it be for exchange or refund.
In the UK, Juste Moi provides free delivery on one exchange per order over £125. After this or at less than £125, there will be a minimum charge of £3.95 to contribute towards postage and administrative costs.
The only non-returnable item is a Gift card.
To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We aim to complete refunds within a maximum of a week of the returned item arriving with us.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our policy lasts 7 days for Sale items, which must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival with you. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please let us know in advance if possible, and we will organise the replacement.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund or a credit note to the gift giver, depending on the timing of the return.

The return shipping cost will be your responsibility, and shipping costs are therefore non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Alternatively, we can exchange your 'as new' product for another item or for a credit note. If you wish to check availability of stock, or you need your exchange quickly, please contact us.
For returns of items we do not regularly stock, we will exchange your product for another item or credit note. We are unable to refund these items.
For cancelled orders, an amount of £4.50 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs.
This information does not affect your statutory rights.
International returns that incur a customs/clearance fee will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Whilst we generally process refunds within 48 hours of the day they arrive with us, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. However, please do contact us if you particularly require a refund to be made rapidly.
